Payment**To pay your water bills online, you must have a debit card and be a registered user of the ePay.bg system.
**How to Register on ePay.
bg1. On the ePay.bg homepage, at www.epay.bg, click the "Registration" link.
- On the registration page, carefully read the instructions for choosing a password:
Your password must contain at least four letters and two numbers. The letters and numbers must not be repeated. Your password must not contain your username.
Select "Register as an Individual Cardholder".
After successful registration, you will receive an email at the address you used to register with ePay.bg, containing four digits. You must add these digits before your username every time you log in to ePay.bg.
**How to Register a Debit Card on ePay.
bg1. Activate your card for online payments. To do this, go to the nearest ATM and select the "Other Services" menu, then "Online Payment" – Yes.
- Log in to the ePay.bg system with your username and password, and enter your bank card details in the "Cards"/"Add" menu, following the system’s instructions.
How to Register the Account Numbers You Wish to Pay Log
in to ePay.bg using your username and password. Select the "Merchants" - "Register for Recurring Payments" menu. Once a list of merchants offering bulk payments appears, click the "Register" button next to VIK Burgas EAD. Enter the account number and click "Confirm".
When ViK updates the information on subscribers’ monthly bills, you will receive an email notification regarding the amounts due, provided you have selected this option.
Paying Water Bills
If you already have a valid registration and a registered debit card and wish to pay your water bill, log in to the ePay.bg system and select the "Payments" menu option, then choose "Recurring Bills". A list of the customer’s registered recurring bills will appear. Next to each bill that is active for payment, the “Status” field will display “Awaiting Payment”. Check the box next to the bill you wish to pay and click the "Pay Selected Bills" button. The payment is confirmed by entering your ePay.bg password.
After a successful payment, the screen displays information about the paid bill, the BORICA code for the payment, and the message: "The bill has been paid". **Email
Notification and Additional Information** The
online payment system allows customers, if they choose, to have each payment they make confirmed via email from the system. In addition, it can generate a periodic newsletter that is sent to its customers via email.
