Notice Regarding the Investment Proposal for the Sozopol Wastewater Treatment Plant
Pursuant to Article 95, paragraph 1, of the Environmental Protection Act and Article 4, paragraph 1, of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedures for Conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment, “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, in its capacity as the Contracting Authority
NOTICE
All interested individuals and legal entities are hereby notified that “VIK” EAD, Burgas, has submitted an investment proposal for the PROJECT: “Construction of a rooftop photovoltaic installation for the production of electricity for the needs of the Sozopol Wastewater Treatment Plant, operated by “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, on a plot of land with identifier 67800.1.267 according to the Cadastral Map of Sozopol, Sozopol Municipality, Burgas Province,”, which includes:
The investment proposal provides for the construction of a photovoltaic installation for the generation of electricity from a renewable energy source to meet the Sozopol WWTP’s own energy needs.
The plant will be built on the roof of an existing building on the property and will include photovoltaic modules, mounting structures, inverters, electrical panels, protective and switching equipment, cable connections, as well as a monitoring and control system.
The project envisages the construction of a photovoltaic system with a total installed capacity of 164.56 kWp. To convert the generated electrical energy, four three-phase grid-connected inverters with a nominal power of 40 kVA each will be installed.
LOCATION: in the territory of the town of Sozopol, Sozopol Municipality, “Sveta Marina” area, property with identifier 67800.1.267 according to the Cadastral Map of Sozopol.
