the affected population that it has the following investment plan: “Construction of a 1 kV cable line to connect the Chervenka-1 Sewer Pumping Station (SPS),” which includes:
The power supply to the meter panel is planned to be provided by a branch of the 1 kV NAY2Y 4x95 mm² cable, outlet 4, from the “Chervenka” substation. For this purpose, a combined cable distribution cabinet (KRSh-4 + ET) will be installed at the property boundary. After the cable line is spliced, it will be connected to two new NAY2Y 4x95mm² cables run to the KRSH. The new cables will be laid in a trench.
The newly installed electricity meter panel is connected to a grounding circuit consisting of a 40/4 mm galvanized busbar and two grounding rods made of 63/63/6 mm–1.54 m galvanized steel profile. The contact resistance of the grounding circuit must be Rpr < 10 Ω.
Cables will be buried in average soil conditions. In the trenches, the cable will be laid in a zigzag pattern with a 5% allowance to account for any potential movement of the soil layers.
Before laying the cable, the bottom of the trench shall be cleared of stones, hard construction debris, and other objects, and covered with a 10 cm layer of sand or screened soil. The laid cable is backfilled with a layer of sand or screened soil 35 cm thick, measured from the surface of the cable. The cable route is marked with color-coded polyethylene tape on top of the upper layer of sand. In sections where the route crosses streets and roadways, the cable is routed through an HDPE pipe with a diameter of 110 mm.
When laying power cables, the regulatory clearances specified in Ordinance No. 8/1999 must be observed.
