Notice Regarding the Investment Proposal for the Meden Rudnik Wastewater Treatment Plant

Pursuant to Article 95, paragraph 1, of the Environmental Protection Act and Article 4, paragraph 1, of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedures for Conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment, “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, in its capacity as the Contracting Authority

NOTICE

All interested individuals and legal entities are hereby notified that “VIK” EAD, Burgas, has submitted an investment proposal for the PROJECT: “Construction of a rooftop photovoltaic installation for the generation of electricity to meet the needs of the Meden Rudnik Wastewater Treatment Plant, operated by “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, on a plot of land with identifier 07079.9.613 according to the Cadastral Map of Burgas, Burgas Municipality, Burgas Province”, which includes:

The investment proposal provides for the construction of a photovoltaic installation to generate electricity from a renewable energy source to meet the Meden Rudnik WWTP’s own energy needs.
The plant will be built on the roof of an existing building on the property and will include photovoltaic modules, mounting structures, inverters, electrical panels, protective and switching equipment, cable connections, as well as a monitoring and control system.
A photovoltaic system with a total installed capacity of 68.97 kWp is planned. To convert the generated electrical energy, four three-phase grid-connected inverters will be installed: 2 × 12 kW, 1 × 8 kW, and 1 × 25 kW.

LOCATION: in the city of Burgas, Block 100, “Bryastite” area, Meden Rudnik neighborhood, property with identifier 07079.9.613 according to the Cadastral Map of Burgas.
