Temporary Changes in the Company's Operations
In light of the reported cases of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in Bulgaria and the measures taken by the government to protect against the virus, “ViK” EAD, Burgas, in order to enhance the protection of the health of its customers and employees, is temporarily modifying its operations as follows:

Door-to-door visits by meter readers for visual meter readings are suspended. We urge all users of water supply and sewer services who do not have meters installed for remote reading to submit their meter readings via self-reporting after registering on the website www.vik-burgas.com or by emailing them to plasment@vik-burgas.com. Customers who do not submit self-reports will be billed for estimated consumption in accordance with Article 35, Paragraph 2 of Regulation 4/2004 of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works—based on the average monthly consumption from the previous period.

In-person visits by customers to the company’s buildings are suspended. Customer service centers and payment offices within the territory served by the water utility will not be open to customers. We ask our customers to use one of the following methods to submit documents, keeping in mind that administrative deadlines will not be met:
- Online services for submitting applications using a qualified electronic signature https://www.vik-burgas.com/page/90-e-uslugi
- Complaints, requests, and applications—scanned and signed, sent via email to office@vik-burgas.com
- Applications for opening/closing/transferring accounts, applications for the provision of source data/project approval/issuance of a connection agreement—sent by mail or delivered by courier to the following address: Burgas, Pobeda Neighborhood, 3 Gen. Vladimir Vazov St.

The public reception hours of the management of “ViK” EAD, Burgas, are suspended.

During the state of emergency, deadlines for account transfers, account openings, and account closures are SUSPENDED.
These measures are temporary and will remain in effect until the situation in the country is brought under control.
