“Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD – Burgas signed a contract
under
the Operational Program “Human Resources Development”
On March 6, 2018, an Administrative Agreement for the provision
of grant funding under the Operational Program “Human Resources Development” was signed between the company and the Ministry of Labor and Social
Policy, through the General Directorate “European Funds, International
Programs and Projects,” an Administrative Agreement was concluded for the provision
of non-repayable financial assistance under the Operational Program “Human Resources
Development” 2014–2020. “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD –
Burgas is provided with non-repayable financial assistance under the OP “Human Resources
Development” 2014–2020, Priority Axis 1: “Improving Access to
Employment and the Quality of Jobs” under procedure BG05M9OP001-1.021
“Training for Employees”—COMPONENT II. The main activities under Contract
BG05M9OP001-1.021-0233-C01 “Improving the professional qualifications,
competencies, and skills of employees at VIK EAD – Burgas” include:
> providing vocational training for employees to acquire professional
qualifications;
> training to help employees acquire key competencies,
in accordance with the European Qualifications Framework for Key Competency 2
“Communication in Foreign Languages.”
As part of the project’s implementation, by June 30, 2019,
450 employees of the company will be trained. The project’s budget is 319,000 (three hundred and
nineteen thousand) leva, with the entire amount provided by the Operational
Program “Human Resources Development,” co-financed by the European
Union through the European Social Fund.
