NOTICE
regarding an investment proposal

“Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, in its capacity as beneficiary under Procedure No. BG161M1OP002-1.016 “Construction of Water Supply and Sewerage Infrastructure” under Priority Axis 1 of the Operational Program “Environment 2014–2020,” the project “Integrated Water Project for the Burgas Region,” and in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act and the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedure for Conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment, hereby announces an investment proposal:
Change to the technical design for the project: “Reconstruction of the Yasna Polyana Diversion from Pressure Tank 4000 to the Pressure Tank in the town of Primorsko,” Category I, consisting of:

1. Relocation of the main distribution station;
2. Modification of the length and route of the pipeline from pressure tank 4000 to the main distribution station.
