Investment Proposal

Pursuant to Article 95, paragraph 1 of the Environmental Protection Act and Article 4, paragraph 1 of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedure for Conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment, “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, in its capacity as the Project Proponent,

HEREBY NOTIFIES

All interested natural and legal persons that “VIK” EAD, Burgas, has an investment proposal: “Increase in the quantity of authorized waste with code 19 08 05 — sludge from the treatment of municipal wastewater—at a site located on property with identifiers 07079.605.669 according to the Cadastral Map of Burgas, “Sever” Industrial Zone, Burgas Municipality, Burgas Province.”
Anyone wishing to express opinions or comments regarding the implementation of the above-mentioned investment proposal may do so in writing to “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, located at: Burgas, “Pobeda,” 3 General Vladimir Vazov St., office@vik-burgas.com
