Notice of Investment Intent: Chernomorets

Pursuant to Article 95, paragraph 1, of the Environmental Protection Act and Article 4, paragraph 1, of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedure for Conducting Environmental Impact Assessments, “Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD, Burgas, in its capacity as the Contracting Authority

NOTICE

the affected population that it has the following investment plan:
“Reconstruction of the water supply and sewerage network in the town of Chernomorets,” which includes:

1. Reconstruction and construction of an external water supply network and facilities in the town of Chernomorets, Sozopol Municipality, Burgas Province;
2. Construction of a sewer network and facilities in the town of Chernomorets, Sozopol Municipality, Burgas Province,
   LOCATED: within the street network of the town of Chernomorets and the village of Chervenka, Sozopol Municipality; through properties, in accordance with the approved Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) for the “Route of the Main Water Main from the ‘Chernomorets’ Water Intake” in Property Parcel 81178.36.403 to the distribution network of the town of Chernomorets; through properties, in accordance with the approved Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) for the “Route of the Pressure Pipeline from the Proposed Pumping Station ‘Chervenka – 1’ to the Outlet Manhole of the Main Collector at the Proposed Pumping Station ‘Chervenka – 2’”; through properties, in accordance with the approved Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) for the “Route of the pressure pipeline from the planned “Chervenka–2” pumping station to the discharge manhole of the constructed “Chernomorets” collector” and within UPI I – 5.343 under the Chernomorets City Plan (identical to PI 81178.5.561) – for the “Chervenka – 1” pumping station.
