Expiration of the one-year period from the issuance of reference data and the conditions for connecting users

Dear Customers,

Pursuant to Article 13, paragraphs 8, 9, and 10 of REGULATION No. 4 of September 14, 2004, on the conditions and
procedures for connecting consumers and for using
water supply and sewerage systems of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, the initial data issued by
the company are valid

for a period of one year from:

• the entry into force of the permit in the case of Article 140a of the Spatial Development Act*;

• or, respectively, from the date of receipt of the opinion—in the case of a direct
  application to the operator.

After the one-year period expires, the source data and the conditions for
connection are subject to updating. When there is no change in
the existing status of the water and sewer network and/or ownership,
the client submits an Application for Re-approval of Baseline Data for
Connection to the Water and Sewerage Network. In this case, the client submits
the application along with the following supporting documents:

original sketch or a copy/excerpt from a valid Detailed
Urban Plan (DUP)

DUP project with water and sewerage diagrams

original baseline data

a title deed or a granted right to build in the event of a change in
circumstances

a copy of a notarized power of attorney

a placement permit—for movable structures

The application must be submitted to the Customer Service Center in Burgas,
“Pobeda” neighborhood, 3 Gen. Vladimir Vazov St.

* If, within one year of the design permit’s
entry into force, the client has not submitted the
the investment project for coordination and approval, they must request that the utility
companies provide them with new baseline data and conditions for
connection.
