Data Update Campaign

“Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD Burgas is launching a campaign to update its customers’ information from December 3, 2018, to December 21, 2018. As part of this campaign, the Company is offering the following options:

• Changing the name of the account holder on an existing account will cost only 5 BGN (excluding VAT) instead of 30 BGN.

• Opening a new account: 5 BGN, excluding VAT.

• Customers can update their mailing address or other changed details completely free of charge.

Customers can obtain information about the required documents for changing the account holder’s name and updating the address at all of the Company’s customer service centers and on the VIK EAD Burgas website.

Opening a new account or changing the account holder’s name at this attractive price will benefit not only our customers but also the company, facilitating better communication between us and our subscribers. This will help minimize issues with water consumption billing. The company recognizes the importance of improving the quality of communication to ensure good service, which requires complete and accurate information in the database.

This service is available at the following locations:
Customer Service Center—Burgas, Pobeda Neighborhood, 3 Gen. Vl. Vazov St., 1st floor, and at all of the company’s offices in Burgas, as well as at the company’s offices in the following cities in Burgas Province:
Aytos, Kameno, Karnobat, Malko Tarnovo, Nesebar, Obzor, Pomorie, Primorsko, Ruen, Sozopol, Sredets, Sungurlare, Tsarevo.
