Announcement

Pursuant to Article 18 of the Ordinance on the Regulation of Prices for
Water Supply and Sewerage Services, adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No. 8 of
January 18, 2016, published in State Gazette No. 6 of January 22, 2016,

Water Supply and Sewerage EAD, Burgas, hereby notifies consumers that
that it will submit an application to the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) for the approval and ratification of prices for
water supply and sewerage services provided within the territory
served by the company.

1. The prices proposed for approval by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) for 2017 are as follows:

> 1.1. Price for water delivery to consumers—1.216 BGN/m³
>
> 1.2. Wastewater discharge fee - 0.324 BGN/m³
>
> 1.3. Wastewater Treatment Fee
>
> Domestic and equivalent municipal, commercial, and other wastewater – 0.558 BGN/m³
>
> Industrial and other commercial users
>
> Pollution level 1 - 0.725 BGN/m³
>
> Pollution level 2 - 0.893 BGN/m³
>
> Pollution level 2 - 1.116 BGN/m³
1. The prices proposed for approval by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) for the coming years of
the regulatory period are as follows:

> 1.1. Price for water supply to consumers—1.342 BGN/m³

> 1.2. Wastewater discharge fee - 0.365 BGN/m³
>
> 1.3. Wastewater Treatment Fee

> Domestic and equivalent municipal, commercial, and other wastewater - 0.563 BGN/m³
>
> Industrial and other commercial consumers
>
> Pollution level 1 - 0.732 BGN/m³
>
> Pollution level 2 - 0.901 BGN/m³
>
> Pollution level 2 - 1.126 BGN/m³

> 1.4. Fee for water delivery to another water supply and sewerage company: 0.036 BGN/m³
