“Water Supply and Sewerage” EAD Burgas is launching a campaign to update its customers’ information from December 1, 2017, to December 29, 2017. With the launch of this campaign, the Company is offering the following options:
-Changing the name of the account holder on an existing account will cost only 5 BGN (excluding VAT) instead of 30 BGN.
- Opening a new account: 5 BGN, excluding VAT.
- Customers can update their mailing address or other changed details completely free of charge.
Customers can obtain information regarding the required documents for changing the account holder’s name and updating the address at all of the Company’s customer service centers and on the website of VIK EAD Burgas.
Opening a new account or changing the account holder’s name at this attractive price will provide convenience not only to our customers but also to the company, with the aim of improving communication between us and our subscribers. This will help minimize problematic situations when recording water consumption. The company recognizes the importance of improving the quality of communication for good customer service, which requires complete and accurate information in the database.

This service can be performed at the following locations:
Customer Service Center—Burgas, Pobeda Neighborhood, Gen. Vl. Vazov St. No. 3, 4th Floor, and at all of the Company’s offices in Burgas, as well as at the Company’s offices in the following cities in Burgas Province:
