Opening of the 16th Children's Exhibition "Water Is Life" organized by Burgas Water and Sewerage.
On Monday, the children’s exhibition “Water Is Life,” organized by VIK–Burgas and dedicated to March 22—World Water Day—was opened for the 16th consecutive year.The opening was attended by Ruska Boyadzhieva, Deputy Mayor for European Policies and the Environment of the Municipality of Burgas; Valentin Lyutskanov, Chief Secretary of the Burgas Regional Administration; Ioannis Partheniotis, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Burgas Water and Sewerage, and Eng. Gancho Tenev, Executive Director of the company. The exhibition, held in the Burgas Artists’ Hall, once again showcased the incredible drawings by the children of Burgas and their vision of how to protect Earth’s greatest treasure—water. With over 280 participants, aged 3 to 16, who enchanted us with a cascade of colors and shades, the young artists presented their vision of a better ecological future and a clean natural environment.
